Honorable Mention Award in category “Best New Built”
Project: Rocksplit, Kea Island Greece
The Rocksplit project, a house in Kea, Cyclades Greece has been awarded with the “Honorable Mention “at the 2017 DOMES Greek Architecture Awards 2017, in Athens Greece at Benaki Museum. The recognition of this work falls under the category of Best New Built and has being recognized as one of the top 5 residential buildings in Greece for 2017.
The annual architecture awards, are one of the most prestigious awards in Greece and this year has accepted 145 submissions, 10 selected projects, 3 Categories: Best New Built Project, Best Unbuilt Project and Best First Project by Young Architect. More than 100 submissions were residential but just 2 made it in the Best New Built category, one of these, is the Rocksplit.
