Éventail, Winner, Architecture Madrid Awards

Éventail, by Cometa Architects, has been awarded the Platinum Award – First Prize in Residential Renovation Architecture at the Architecture Madrid Awards 2025. The award was handed in by Lázaro Rosa-Violán and unanimously selected by a prestigious jury composed of:

and many more prestigious architects.

The jury praised Éventail for its contemporary sensitivity, craftsmanship, and architectural innovation within the historic fabric of Barcelona’s Eixample. During the ceremony, Cometa Architects presented their work alongside leading studios, including Pritzker Prize laureates RCR Arquitectes, also celebrated at the event.
